    Things Learned During OJT

    Time Management

Time management is the key thing that i've learned during my internship since every week we have to reached or at least accomplished something with what is assigned to us and for that we have to manage time, time for doing our task in ROCOCO and task outside ROCOCO

    Sharing my thought and ideas

ROCOCO same with CIT-U encourages us to share our ideas or at least gave thoughts whether'd be making use of ervice now as platform or suggesting nuance and better and efficient ways on doing projects, during my internship i've learned how to better communicate my ideas with everyone.

    Improved Communication Skills

During my time as an intern in ROCOCO i've learned how proper and coherent communication between teams goes a long way in terms of making and executing ideas into reality, plus it also saves a lot of headaches due to misunderstanding.

    Improve Knowledge on JavaScript

During my time in ROCOCO they've given us tools and modules for us to work on and mostly they involve scripting specifically servicenow's Client Side Scripting and Server Side Scripting i've learned the differences between those two and i've also learned the difference in terms of approaching these two features

Ideas and Knowledge on how an IT firm/company works

Rococo is a stepping stone for me and during my stay made me have a glimpsed of how an IT firm works

    <

    Appreciation for other's works

With my fellow interns which are skillfull in their own i've come to appreciate other's not only by how they work and the amount of work they've put in to have an ideal ouput and outcome of a project but also how they communicate and apply skills that are outside of IT and incorporate it during OJT , i've also come to terms of my own skills because of this and where i am now is not possible without the help of our heads and coordinators

    Overall Comments

During my stay as an intern in ROCOCO i am thankful and humbly appreciative to be a part of the Team. The things that i've encountered and learned is a stepping stone, motivation and experience to move further. With the help of my partner and Team member i've have had an idea to work on Team a small team that is. This internship pushed me to be better not only in programming but also in handling schedules and communcating. Thanks also to the constant meetings/ weekly meetings and constant guidance of our employers and heads that we are able to accomplished our task with a few setbacks. All these has been helpful for me and will take it along my journey as a part of the IT industry.
